General Roca nighttime video

Official source account — 2018 annual report, printed page 41: A relative submitted nighttime video from General Roca dated 17 December 2018, reportedly filmed from a rooftop. CEFAE observed small lights arranged in concentric rings. A daytime photograph revealed matching surrounding features and a surveillance camera. The agency concluded that the luminous pattern was compatible with the concentric LED illuminators around that camera's lens, rather than an unfamiliar object in the sky. The summaries distinguish reported observations from the agency’s proposed explanations. Source Type A/B ratings describe explanatory confidence and are not encounter classes. The map uses an approximate GeoNames locality centroid, not the observation point.
