Paraná — Entre Ríos

Official source account — 2020 annual report, printed page 99: A Paraná witness filmed two lights moving together after a Starlink train had begun receding toward the southeast. The pair appeared to travel from east toward north. CIAE's Orbitron reconstruction showed crossing Starlink rows at the observation time, with a pair passing directly over Paraná. The agency attributed the two lights to that satellite configuration and classified the case Type A. The summaries distinguish reported observations from the agency’s proposed explanations. Source Type A/B ratings describe explanatory confidence and are not encounter classes. The map uses an approximate GeoNames locality centroid, not the observation point.
