Néstor Carisio air-display video

Official source account — 2019 annual report, printed page 34: Néstor Carisio discovered an apparent object while reviewing video of an air display at Tandil on 29 November 2015. CIAE interpreted its translucent spherical body and paired sunlight reflections as a soap bubble close to the camera. Another video, recorded by the witness's wife, showed bubbles rising near the observing position. The agency classified the explanation as Type A and distinguished the nearby bubble from the aircraft being filmed. The summaries distinguish reported observations from the agency’s proposed explanations. Source Type A/B ratings describe explanatory confidence and are not encounter classes.
