Valeria Zivelonghi photograph

Official source account — 2015 annual report, printed page 7: Valeria Zivelonghi found an apparent object only after reviewing a photograph taken at Santa Clara del Mar on 3 January 2015. CEFAE reconstructed the sky for her reported date, time and location using Stellarium. The agency concluded that the object was compatible with Jupiter in the corresponding direction. The record concerns an astronomical identification in a photograph, rather than a separately described close encounter. The summaries distinguish reported observations from the agency’s proposed explanations. Source Type A/B ratings describe explanatory confidence and are not encounter classes. The map uses an approximate GeoNames locality centroid, not the observation point.
