Cristian Orellana contrail video

Official source account — 2018 annual report, printed page 31: Cristian Orellana was filming an aircraft contrail at Villa La Angostura on 13 September 2018 and later discovered white points moving in the opposite direction. CEFAE considered the points too small for a confident shape identification but examined their converging paths. It inferred behavior compatible with two nearby insects, one approaching the other. The agency retained this as an interpretation from motion and the absence of a prior visual observation. The summaries distinguish reported observations from the agency’s proposed explanations. Source Type A/B ratings describe explanatory confidence and are not encounter classes. The map uses an approximate GeoNames locality centroid, not the observation point.
