Official source account — 2020 annual report, printed page 120: Andrea Tribbia photographed a bright object that remained in the same apparent position during a five-minute observation. CIAE reconstructed Jupiter low in the southeastern sky at the relevant time. Its direction closely agreed with a later daytime bearing supplied by the witness, and no comparable second light appeared. The agency identified Jupiter and classified the astronomical explanation Type A. The summaries distinguish reported observations from the agency’s proposed explanations. Source Type A/B ratings describe explanatory confidence and are not encounter classes. The map uses an approximate GeoNames locality centroid, not the observation point.
