Jorge Clarke — Federal Capital, Province of Buenos Aires

Official source account — 2020 annual report, printed page 72: Jorge Clarke reported a twinkling, colour-changing light on two April nights, visible for long periods between buildings. CIAE ran separate sky simulations for the reported dates and times. Both placed Antares in the relevant eastern sector. The witness confirmed that no second similar light was visible. The agency attributed the changing colours to scintillation and classified the stellar identification Type A. The summaries distinguish reported observations from the agency’s proposed explanations. Source Type A/B ratings describe explanatory confidence and are not encounter classes.
