Emanuel Moroni vehicle-window video

Official source account — 2019 annual report, printed page 15: Emanuel Moroni's video from Saladillo on 2 April 2017 showed an apparent object while filming from a moving car. CIAE found that the mark stayed at the same distances from two other spots on the window despite abrupt camera motion. Its Type A conclusion identified a nearby window stain, probably mud or bird droppings elongated by airflow. The object was interpreted as attached to the glass, rather than moving outside. The summaries distinguish reported observations from the agency’s proposed explanations. Source Type A/B ratings describe explanatory confidence and are not encounter classes. The map uses an approximate GeoNames locality centroid, not the observation point.
