Maximiliano González — City of Buenos Aires

Official source account — 2021 annual report, printed page 67: Maximiliano González saw and photographed a white object trailing a white streak over Buenos Aires. CIAE checked historical air traffic and matched LAN410, an Airbus A320 travelling from Santiago to Montevideo at about 35,000 feet. Its timing and direction agreed with the image. The agency identified the object and trail as the aircraft and its contrail, assigning Type A. The summaries distinguish reported observations from the agency’s proposed explanations. Source Type A/B ratings describe explanatory confidence and are not encounter classes. The map uses an approximate GeoNames locality centroid, not the observation point.
