Jorge Dib roadside lights

Official source account — 2015 annual report, printed page 9: Jorge Dib's wife photographed unusual red traces through a vehicle window while travelling near Venado Tuerto on Route 8 on 10 January 2015. CEFAE interpreted the image as a pair of red lights on an antenna, distorted by slight camera movement during a nighttime photograph. A collaborator produced comparable traces in similar circumstances. The vehicle and window circumstances came from the witness's subsequent communication with investigators. The summaries distinguish reported observations from the agency’s proposed explanations. Source Type A/B ratings describe explanatory confidence and are not encounter classes.
