Gonzalo Cabildo photograph

Official source account — 2016 annual report, printed page 52: Gonzalo discovered an apparent flying object while reviewing a photograph of the Cabildo in Buenos Aires dated 3 November 2013. CEFAE interpreted its silhouette as a bird seen from the front with its wings meeting beneath the body during a wingbeat. The report compares this wing-clap posture with that of a pigeon. It treats the unusual outline as a biological image rather than a craft independently observed in flight. The summaries distinguish reported observations from the agency’s proposed explanations. Source Type A/B ratings describe explanatory confidence and are not encounter classes. The map uses an approximate GeoNames locality centroid, not the observation point.
