Mariana Rodríguez photograph

Official source account — 2015 annual report, printed page 8: Mariana Rodríguez photographed Cerro Uritorco at Capilla del Monte on 10 January 2015. She later noticed a small flying shape near the left-center of the image. CEFAE examined the photograph and concluded that it was compatible with a bird crossing the camera's field of view. The report states that the photographer discovered the apparent anomaly during review, after photographing the mountain. The summaries distinguish reported observations from the agency’s proposed explanations. Source Type A/B ratings describe explanatory confidence and are not encounter classes. The map uses an approximate GeoNames locality centroid, not the observation point.
