Diego Concolino photograph

Official source account — 2016 annual report, printed page 59: Diego Concolino discovered several apparent sky objects in a photograph taken at Embalse Río Tercero on 26 July 2016. CEFAE's enlargement distinguished at least ten orb-like marks and four birds. It attributed the orbs to defocused water droplets on the lens and described the birds as gray-hooded gulls seen from different angles. The source treats these as separate biological and optical contributions within one image. The summaries distinguish reported observations from the agency’s proposed explanations. Source Type A/B ratings describe explanatory confidence and are not encounter classes.
