Four carbon-fiber-covered aluminum tanks, markings, laboratory analysis and the debris corridor were compared with orbital records. The report's Type A conclusion attributed them to Chinese Long March CZ-4B rocket body NORAD 60951, which it says reentered on 9 March 2025. The May heading concerns reporting/investigation, and conflicting dates within the report are retained rather than silently combined.
