Official source account — 2020 annual report, printed page 136: A Berazategui witness photographed the Moon and later noticed a light toward the left of the frame. CIAE connected that point with a dominant light source on the opposite side. The arrangement satisfied the geometry of an internal lens reflection. The agency concluded that the apparent object was a photographic optical artefact produced by that bright source and classified the case Type A. The summaries distinguish reported observations from the agency’s proposed explanations. Source Type A/B ratings describe explanatory confidence and are not encounter classes. The map uses an approximate GeoNames locality centroid, not the observation point.
