Official source account — 2020 annual report, printed page 77: A Buenos Aires witness noticed unfamiliar lights while making an early-morning video of the garden and sky through a pivoting window. CIAE found that the lights changed rapidly in shape and position during the upward camera pan. It attributed them to room lights reflected by the tilted window when the viewing angle approached perpendicular to the glass. The agency classified this optical explanation Type A.
