Official source account — 2021 annual report, printed page 58: José Cesaratto supplied videos of intermittently flashing lights over Bell Ville and reported observations on different June dates. CIAE identified a Learjet on the relevant airway for one date, but could not recover the exact traffic record for the video dated 11 June. It nevertheless found the lighting consistent with an aircraft on that route. The agency retained a Type B explanation with that identification limit explicit. The summaries distinguish reported observations from the agency’s proposed explanations. Source Type A/B ratings describe explanatory confidence and are not encounter classes. The map uses an approximate GeoNames locality centroid, not the observation point.
