Cecilia Feresin photograph

Official source account — 2016 annual report, printed page 9: Cecilia Feresin photographed the landscape at Mina Clavero on 9 February 2016 and later discovered a white object above the clouds at the left side of the picture. CEFAE enlarged the image and reported visible body and wing features compatible with a bird caught crossing in front of the camera. The photographer's discovery occurred during review of the photograph, and the account does not describe a separate close observation. The summaries distinguish reported observations from the agency’s proposed explanations. Source Type A/B ratings describe explanatory confidence and are not encounter classes. The map uses an approximate GeoNames locality centroid, not the observation point.
