CEFAE examined an enlargement and interpreted their horizontal bodies and projecting surfaces as large birds with wings in the lower part of a wingbeat. The agency described movement from left to right through the camera view. The photographer had discovered the shapes only after processing the image. The summaries distinguish reported observations from the agency’s proposed explanations. Source Type A/B ratings describe explanatory confidence and are not encounter classes.
