Roxana Albarracín photograph

Official source account — 2017 annual report, printed page 11: Roxana Albarracín discovered two apparent objects while reviewing a photograph taken at Santa María, Catamarca, on 16 December 2016. CEFAE enlarged the image and interpreted the visible wing structures as a pair of insects crossing the camera view from right to left. The published entry contains a photographic identification rather than a detailed account of objects independently watched before the picture was taken. The summaries distinguish reported observations from the agency’s proposed explanations. Source Type A/B ratings describe explanatory confidence and are not encounter classes. The map uses an approximate GeoNames locality centroid, not the observation point.
