Claudio Asigliano — Parque Siquiman, Province of Córdoba

Official source account — 2022 annual report, printed page 84: Claudio Asigliano discovered the larger of two photographic features after processing an image taken at Parque Siquiman, Córdoba, on 7 December 2017. CIAE enlarged the oval body and the translucent surfaces extending above and below it. The investigators considered it compatible with an insect very close to the camera, turning steeply through about ninety degrees as the shutter was released. Nothing unusual had been seen directly. The report retained Type B status because the fleeting crossing could not be reproduced or corroborated. The summaries distinguish reported observations from the agency’s proposed explanations. Source Type A/B ratings describe explanatory confidence and are not encounter classes.
