Buenos Aires helicopter video

Official source account — 2019 annual report, printed page 3: A Buenos Aires witness filming a helicopter on 30 June 2016 noticed objects whose apparent size decreased rapidly. CIAE analyzed successive video frames and found indications of hanging thread beneath each object. Its Type A conclusion identified individually released helium balloons as compatible with their shape, color and apparent ascent. The agency suggested an outdoor celebration as a possible context, without establishing a particular release event. The summaries distinguish reported observations from the agency’s proposed explanations. Source Type A/B ratings describe explanatory confidence and are not encounter classes. The map uses an approximate GeoNames locality centroid, not the observation point.
