Paz witness filmed several pale luminous objects moving in one direction while fireworks were still audible. CIAE considered their slow, steady movement, prevailing wind and the festive circumstances. It proposed at least five individually released illuminated helium balloons, rather than a satellite train. The report classified this as a Type B explanation, supported by the available evidence rather than established with absolute proof.
