Martín Muñiz red light

Official source account — 2015 annual report, printed page 11: Martín Muñiz described a red circular light, about 50 centimeters across, that made abrupt turns, crossed a street and then appeared on an exterior wall at Quilmes on 3 March 2015. CEFAE explicitly left the case unresolved because it had received no photograph or video. The agency suggested that a distant laser sight or pointer could fit the description, but presented that as a possible explanation rather than an established identification.
