Official source account — 2023 annual report, printed page 63: Rubén Sbaglia reported seeing apparent objects flying and photographed eight oval lights from a food-court area in Buenos Aires. CIAE revisited the same location and compared the original view with a new photograph. The comparison linked the apparent objects to ceiling lights reflected in the food court's window. Although the original fixtures had subsequently been replaced by low-energy LEDs, the electrical mounting points remained. The official report concluded that interior-light reflections, rather than independent objects outdoors, accounted for the photographed forms.
