Rosario (2) — Province of Santa Fe

Official source account — 2020 annual report, printed page 117: A Rosario witness watched a luminous object for about five minutes and made three videos at different zoom settings. CIAE compared its position with the Moon and nearby astronomical points using Stellarium. The positional relationships matched Jupiter, above and roughly thirty degrees to the Moon's left. The agency concluded that the videos showed the planet and classified the case Type A. The summaries distinguish reported observations from the agency’s proposed explanations. Source Type A/B ratings describe explanatory confidence and are not encounter classes. The map uses an approximate GeoNames locality centroid, not the observation point.
