Official source account — 2020 annual report, printed page 71: A Ciudad Evita witness described roughly fifteen star-like lights moving west to east in a straight line during a fifteen-minute observation. She supplied no photographs or video. CIAE used the specified place, time and behaviour to test a Starlink passage. The satellite simulation matched the account, and the agency classified the reported formation as Starlink satellites in a Type A conclusion.
