Mar del Tuyú balloon video

Official source account — 2016 annual report, printed page 35: At Mar del Tuyú on 28 May 2016, a witness filmed a white object moving steadily from west to east. CEFAE matched it to a NASA superpressure balloon launched from New Zealand on 17 May. The report states that the balloon's recorded route crossed southern Buenos Aires Province at the matching time and direction. The agency therefore attributed the visual and video observation to the documented high-altitude balloon flight.
