Official source account — 2020 annual report, printed page 68: Guillermo Ledesma reported lights travelling southwest to northeast in a straight formation over Miramar. No imagery was available, but his account supplied a location, time, alignment and consistent behaviour. CIAE tested the Starlink hypothesis with satellite-tracking software and found a corresponding train of satellites. The agency considered the agreement sufficient to classify the case Type A.
