Pablo Allegra — Lobos, Province of Buenos Aires

Official source account — 2021 annual report, printed page 22: Pablo Allegra discovered several unusual forms while reviewing a Lobos video. CIAE examined their sinusoidal traces and considered them nearby insects whose movement was recorded as rod-like shapes. Low light and relatively long frame exposures contributed to that appearance. It classified the case Type B, stressing that these were accidental camera captures and that the transient passage could not be reproduced. The summaries distinguish reported observations from the agency’s proposed explanations. Source Type A/B ratings describe explanatory confidence and are not encounter classes. The map uses an approximate GeoNames locality centroid, not the observation point.
