Pirassununga sector, São Paulo, Brazil
Open this case in the interactive AtlasCase description
A handwritten Air Force form records an occurrence on 27 February 2024 at 01:05Z. Its remarks state that ACC-BS, São Paulo sector, relayed reports from three aircraft of white and orange lights rising and descending in the Pirassununga sector. The colour entry also describes a change from white to orange. The number of lights is not entered; three refers to the reporting traffic, not a verified object or individual witness count.
The notation FL410 appears beneath the distance field, near the altitude area, without clearly stating whether it refers to a reporting aircraft or the lights. It is retained as an ambiguous source entry. Duration, shape, size, distance, equipment use, physical records, weather and observer details are blank. Those omissions are not evidence that equipment, records or other phenomena were absent. The communication is dated 27 February at 01:15Z, ten minutes after the occurrence time. No identification, entity encounter or investigative finding appears in the two-page file.
Source review: Both original PDF pages visually reviewed. Three reporting aircraft are distinguished from unknown light and individual observer counts. FL410 cannot confidently be assigned to the objects. Most fields are blank, not explicit negative answers. Source handwriting is retained in the offline PDF; no mirror-generated detail is used.
