Londrina control tower, Paraná, Brazil
Open this case in the interactive AtlasCase description
On 19 December 2025 at 01:00 Z, two observers at Londrina tower reported a whitish-yellow luminous point. During a twenty-minute observation in open, CAVOK skies, it appeared to move in an orbit along a north–south direction, between radials 180 and 220. The form gives estimates of 50–70 knots, four to seven kilometres from the observers and 2,000 feet altitude. Size could not be determined. No observing equipment, sound, trail or parallel phenomenon was reported. The reporting observer was a 52-year-old civilian flight controller whose identifying details are redacted. Video was said to exist. COPM 2 received the communication at 01:47 Z. The public one-page PDF contains the form without the reported video or an investigative conclusion.
Source review: One page visually reviewed. Two observers and one object are separate counts. No assumption is made that this is the same redacted controller as on other dates. The video is not present in the PDF.
