Open this case in the interactive AtlasCase description
At 8:34 a.m. on January 14, 1958, a military aircraft crew over the Bering Sea reported three lights arranged in a triangular formation. The formation moved toward the southwest at approximately 320 knots and was tracked on airborne radar. The chronology entry does not preserve the duration or ending of the encounter. Because a similar Bering Sea event was dated January 11, both records are retained separately and cross-linked as possible versions of the same incident.
