Case description
The imported Malvezi entry appears closely related to an official Moussan case dated December 12,1987, but the place-name and time differ. In the gendarmerie statement, the witness went to collect wood near a ruined house around 10:45 a.m. It was raining. He encountered six short people sheltering beneath shrubs, initially assuming they were a sporting group.
A woman reportedly answered in awkward French that they came from a place sounding like Earth. She drew two signs, interpreted as sky and demon, and attributed their vehicles' operation to magnetism. The witness described dark brown-black one-piece outfits, several hoods, pale or gray hair on two uncovered heads, and unusual facial wrinkles. Four light-colored, wheelless sledlike devices stood nearby. He also described a cold hand offered by one figure.
His statement adds a seventh arrival before the group boarded the four devices. They rotated, rose and moved away with an unpleasant high sound; he experienced a brief unexplained blank. Returning with his daughter later, he claimed round footmarks. Gendarmes found no corresponding marks or additional witnesses.
GEIPAN classifies the case C for insufficient reliable information, citing internal difficulties in the account. This official file supports neither a verified extraterrestrial origin nor the imported sample-collection claim. The uranium-processing facility appears in both the police summary and attached newspaper report, but the link between Malvezi and Moussan remains provisional until the underlying Hatch reference is compared.
